The Roane County Courthouse is open:

Monday:  
8:30 a.m. -- 6:00 p.m.
(except for legal holidays)

Tuesday - Friday:  
8:30 a.m. ----- 4:30 p.m. 
(except for legal holidays)

Saturday:              Closed
Sunday:                Closed
Legal holidays:      Closed

Convenience Center Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Closed Wednesday and Sunday

Closed for the following holidays
(The centers are closed on Wednesday, regardless of the day of the holiday):

New Year's Day
Good Friday
Independence Day (July 4th)
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day

The main Recycling Center in Midtown is open on Wednesdays.
However, it is closed on all legal holidays.

Emory River Ash Spill--Long Term Recovery Committee

Roane Imagination Library

Thanks to your support Roane Imagination Library is beginning its 6th year of service to the community. RIL currently sends books every month to more than 1600 children.  

Please help keep this worthy program alive:

$1900 pays for all books and postage for one month
$400 pays for books for all 3-year-olds for one month
$28 pays for one child's books for one year

All donations are matched dollar-for-dollar by the
Governor's Books From Birth Foundation
